Our collection includes a variety of materials, including genuine leather, PU leather, fabric series, and nylon performance series—not limited to vegan leather only. For the specific material of each bag, please refer to the product details page.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, you will receive a full refund for the product (excluding original shipping fees and return shipping costs).
If your order has been placed within the last hour, you can send an email to service@noyobags.io to request a cancellation.
We will cancel your order and proceed with your refund (which will appear in your bank account after a few business days).
Note: Cancellation requests submitted after 1 hour may not be accepted if the order has already entered the processing stage.
We will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships, containing a tracking number so you can follow your order anytime.
Please click the tracking number provided to be redirected to the carrier’s tracking service site.
Tracking number is not clickable / showing updated status
It can take up to 5 days for the tracking number to show its first status. Once the status is updated, you can follow it by clicking the number anytime.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and package weight at checkout. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges vary by country, and the recipient (customer) is responsible for paying any such fees upon delivery.
